Church Of Love

If people feel no love they will come in and go right back out. Jeremiah 31:3~ "The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee.

We must also have love for one another.
John 13:34~ "A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another."

Committed and Consistent

We are, "One Church in Christ" with separate Sunday morning services and come together as one church on Sunday night. You should attend Sunday morning and night services.

Also, you should avail yourselves to the teaching ministries of the church: e.g. Discipleship Training Institutes and Revivals.

You must give your ability responsibility.
Hebrews 10:25~ "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."

Evangelize

Be responsible for souls.

We gather to be edified and scatter to evangelize.
Matthew 28:19-20~ "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen"

He saved you, save someone else.
Acts 1:8~ "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

Be A Family

Family means relationship.

We are brothers and sisters not just numbers.

Family means respecting one another.
Ephesians 3:14-17.

A Spirit Of Excellence

"Learn to do well." - Isaiah 1:17

Whatever we do should represent the kingdom of God.

Be the best you can be.

A Tithing Church

It's God's way. "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse…" -
Malachi 3:10

Meat in the storehouse.

Offerings - Malachi 3:8

We give because we love.

We give because we're obedient.

We give because there is a need.

We give because we shall receive.

An Obedient Church

We must obey those who are in authority. "Obey those who have rule over you." - Hebrews 13:17

A spirit of rebellion is not of God. "My sheep know my voice." - John 10:27

Character

Your personality is what you show people but your charter is who you really are.

We must live the life we talk about at church, away from church. "Let your light so shine that men will see your good works…" - Matthew 5:16

A Spirit-filled Church

As the Spirit takes control there will be more of God and less of you. - Acts 1:8; Ephesians 3:19

A Spirit-filled church will be a church full of power. "…thou shall cast out devils in my name, lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." - Mark 16:16, 17

A Church That Worship And Praise - Psalms 100:4

A Preaching and Teaching Church - Romans 10:14, 15
Preaching is proclaiming.

Teaching is explaining.

A Church That Forgives - Matthew 6:14, 15

A Praying and Fasting Church - Mark 9:29; Ephesians 6:18

A Church of Faith - II Corinthians 5:7

Timely - I Corinthians 14:40
"...everything done decently and in order."
